AI and Autonomy Team
Our goal is to create Autonomy and compete in the unmanned category of the PEP competition using an Artificial Intelligence (AI) . This will start our way towards achieving the boat being manned remotely. Our next stage would be figuring out the boat's position (similar to a GPS sensing tool). After that, we will be taking into account tides, and mark (buoys) locations, in order to drive the boat around obstacles. Next, we are focussing on adding in vision without intelligence(watching at all times), giving us the feature of remote eyes in the boat.
